Thank you for your comment and question. Ignatian spirituality is a holistic approach that integrates prayer and reflection, even in the midst of an active lifestyle. It's a regimen tuned to discovering the divine in all aspects of life. In other words, developing a dialog with the divine, however perceived. Most of his other exercises involve contemplative prayer and rich prayer life. He also recommends having a spiritual director, but unless you're Catholic, I would say "spiritual advisor," a concept more attuned to today's reality. As you know, Ignatius of Loyola lived in the 16th cen.

behind me satan ". with our Good Heavenly FATHER GOD we have natural power way beyond satans power... Glory and thanks to the Father Son and Holy Spirit
